"Always fun to stay at the Magic Castle hotel. The personnel is amazing, every single time. Rooms need revamping, seriously. A hotel cannot live out of free soft drinks and popsicles. The sink overflows (it happened to me there before), the shower needs serious cleaning or replacement, and the air conditioning is noisy. The prices there are steep enough to justify improving the premises. Lovely experience, always, but really needs to keep up with the times."

"Checking in- 1 employee only... we waited 15 in line to check in. Then she was dismissive and had attitude when I asked a few questions. As we walked from the lobby to the halls someone obviously had just smoked a ton of weed. Our Executive Room- not worth choosing. No hand soap, no water to drink in the room. ALL night you hear the ambulances with their loud sirens going up and down the streets.Then I want to take a shower and the shower handle is shut tight. We paid for the buffet breakfast....

"Great property (for singles, couples, and one infant.) Ot’s an apartment so it feels like home; clean, everything you need and great location. Owner genuinely cares! Street parking is rough (welcome to LA) but there are 2 lots very close to walk to. This area has everything and is centrally located to all of your LA needs. As an LA native, I’m picky. I will definitely stay here again- even if I just want a staycation. 10/10"

"Based on everything experienced yesterday, I honestly believe there was something seriously concerning about the situation. If not human trafficking something sort of like that. The people that contacted me gave me a different address, asked for a copy of my license and a selfi. They sent me a registration link and none of the data on there matched the Premier Apts advertised. They had my Expedia account info but kept asking for my phone number. Everytime I asked a question they didn’t answer....
