I loved the property and the overall experience. That said, a few of the front desk staff could work on their customer service, a little more warmth and attentiveness would make a big difference. Also, it would be wonderful if the hotel could add microwaves to the beautiful rooms. Thank you again to the staff who made my visit so memorable!"
