Level Los Angeles Downtown - South Olive
10/10 Excellent
"My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and had everything we needed — 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, stove, microwave, and a refrigerator. It felt like living in a condo downtown. The staff were all incredibly kind too! They helped to make our stay very comfortable. "
"Location is excellent. Shopping and dining are convenient and walkable. Transportation and parking are also very convenient. The area is somewhat questionable."
"The hotel is centrally located in downtown with numerous dining options and a metro train station two blocks away. The hotel lobby had a pleasant scent. I appreciate the 1920’s feel of the hotel. "

10/10 Excellent
"The apartment I stayed in was lovely and the staff regularly replaced and refreshed towels, bedding, etc. I would definitely stay here again. My only con would be the neighborhood surrounding the complex. "
"I Stayed here with my family initially for a week. I chose to extend my stay in this hotel for another 6 days due to its facilities. The location is great and easily accessible via public transport. Union station is only 6-8 minutes walk away. Reception staff is polite and cooperative. Other staff members are also very helpful. Room services are excellent. Although the hotel is old, many rooms have been renovated and standard of cleanliness in the rooms is up to the mark. The distance from LAX airport is about 15 miles. Uber/Lyft can be used to travel from the Airport to the Hotel or the LAX Flyaway service could be utilized which operates between the LAX airport and Union station (bidirectional) from 4am to 1am daily. There is affordable paid Parking on the ground floor and a smoking area is available here as well. China Market is located at a 5 minutes walk with a diverse option for souvenirs, electronics and food items. Reception staff is present 24/7. We found it safe and secure. "
