"Firstly, this hotel is nothing like it’s established to be on Expedia, there was no parking lot, the building looked dilapidated, the rooms had bugs in them, the walls had graffiti, the furniture in the room rooms were old and weathered, same with the showers, even the toilet was disgusting. The area in which the establishment existed was also filled with weirdos hanging around the building outside. Honestly, I want a refund."

"It is an older property but it is very well kept. The staff were fantastic, I forgot to pack bar soaps, no problem they gave us plenty to use through our stay. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Walmart, Costco, Target and all the food choices you could want are very close by."

"Check in was okay. The elevator was broken when I arrived yet fixed the next afternoon. The room was nice. The television barely worked due to poor signal so couldn’t enjoy shows that were offered. There was only one vent in the room so circulation of air was non-existent considering the vent is always from the actual room and close to the door. "The hotel is in poor condition. The bed was sunken in, the wall paper terrible condition in room. There was a humid smell in room. The furniture is old. The jacuzzi which was one of the reasons chose the hotel was broken. The Asian bridge wood is rotten and needs paint additionally no coy fish on water. Noisy due to restaurant attached from diners."

"The property is beautiful but their systems are outdated as it took me over 15 minutes to check in because the card reader was falling apart and the system was timing out. The room was mediocre compared to other Marriott’s that I have stayed in. The furniture in the room is outdated and there were many rust spots in the bathroom. "

"Everything was great except for the neighbor above who was up until 3am walking VERY loudly back and forth across the floor and then again at 6am. I highly suggest asking for the top floor if you are sensitive to concrete feet above you at ungodly hours of the morning."
