Upon arrival we couldn’t see where the valet guy went. Waited around 15 min for the valet. Checking in was a breeze. Went up to my room and got city view. But I had a hard time opening the curtains and blinds. The AC was in a low. I tried to make the room cooler. But it’s not successful. The bedside has a sharp glass and I cut myself getting up at night. So be aware of this. The shower was in the small side. But I love the design and water came out hot and cold fast. I enjoyed my stay overall. No noise in my room at night.

Coupons not allowed at checkout for dining on propety. Was quoted 20 for parking but was charged 50. Check in desk was short and not very friendly. Wait staff was very nice though.

The hotel was very clean. The beds are super comfortable. It is noisey at night with the rooftop bar but they shut it down at midnight and provide ear plugs. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I will say the double queen room was very small for 3 people. We struggled to find room for our luggage and to be able to walk around. But the location was ideal for what we wanted to do and the fire pit was a very nice touch for winding down at the end of the day.

Hotel was great. Rooms were clean and modern. Area was safe and walkable. The Rooftop bar was nice but service was really slow. It did get a little noisy at night because of the party going on at the pool. They do provide ear plugs. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, liked the modern decor. Though room was very small. Windows are sound proof so no noise from outSide. Bed was super comfy. Parking is expensive.

Positives- housekeeping ..... Negatives- Didn't really feel welcome, private parties on roof bar restricting hotel guest access unless you have a wristband from reception to sit in someone else's party. Raised issue with front desk who did apologise to be fair and acknowledged the issue. Hotel demographic seems to be geared for younger guests

The rooms were small but beautiful and the bathroom shower was top tier. They had events that we werent aware of and kids couldnt enjoy the pool. Otherwise great hotel and clean beautiful accomodarions.

I had my toilet in my hotel room break, covered the whole bathroom with water. They were trying to fix it while my guest and I were in the room and wouldn’t be able to use a bathroom. It took them Over an hour to even send someone up on top of that. No offer was done to rectify the situation I had to go downstairs multiple of times and ask when. They were coming and even again to see what I could do to have a bathroom that works.
