"The condition of my original room was poor. The whole room should have been redone. The furniture was worn. On the beds, you can see where the material was worn off. The couch was dirty. We didn't sit on it at all. The flooring was also worn and in need of repair. The dresser was also chipped. This didn't seem like an IHG branded hotel.
I let the staff know that I didn't expect the condition of the room and I was transferred to another room. They were very helpful in making this change."
