"I have never had such a quiet room in my years of traveling. I could not hear ANY sound in the hall at all, but could hear noise as soon as the door opened, even standing just behind the door. "The only thing about this hotel that is beneficial is the walking distance to Universal Studios otherwise, there’s not really a whole lot around. The hotel is currently under renovations which we were unaware of so there was not really any food options and you had limited times you could order food through room service. I had unexpected charges put on my room that were not mine that I’m currently trying to deal with"
