"Our room was slightly dated but was to be expected considering it’s a motel. Was a great location with Warner Brothers less than a 10 minute walk away and lots of great restaurants nearby (we had a lovely lunch at girl and the chicken!). Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in a safe neighbourhood whilst in LA. "

"Normal inn quality. Friendly staffs. Be aware shuttle is by booking only. It was on time the first day of my stay. But on our check out date, it was late in the morning and it was no show for pick up back to hotel. We called the driver at scheduled time and replied will be late in 5 mins. We called again after almost 30 mins and this time he said the car was broken down and call us already. We checked and there is no message. Anyway.."

"The room was comfortable and we loved the Hollywood theme. Only downsides were the free Continental breakfast was very limited and the shower didn't drain as well as it should have."

"We stayed here while visiting Universal Studios. This hotel is so much better than Hilton or Sheraton, and is a fraction of the price. The hourly shuttle to CityWalk was great. Staff was friendly, rooms were stellar, and the environment was so fun! Nightly movies in the pool and complimentary wine in the room was fantastic. We will definitely stay here in the future. "

"You get what you pay for, parking was easy, room was a little dirty, they could do a better job cleaning but overall not terrible. Walking distance to Universal, we walked there and back, no issues. "

"It’s nothing like pictures they put on Expedia. Filthy room and broken suitcase wrack there’s no place to sit except bed. Worse experience. Also, you can hear car sounds from outside all night long. "

"Very close to main highways, air conditioning worked. The staff was so nice!! Target right across the street was very nice for picking up small items, food etc. plenty of parking "

"The Hampton Inn by Hilton North Hollywood is clean, staff are friendly and provided us with good breakfast. At first, we thought the surrounding area was a little sketchy. However, the service we received outweighs the surrounding area. We felt safe knowing that there’s a security especially monitoring the parking underground the building. We felt safe and it was pretty quiet. The staff was nice. The front desk sent me a text to check if everything is going well so far. We stayed at this hotel...
