"The breakfasts were very good and varied every day. Loved the fresh fruit options daily. The breakfast seating was less than optimal, small and crowded especially on weekends people sometimes had to stand and wait for seating to open up. Also we were in a room with a small shower. I am short and felt that a wand shower head would have been helpful."

"The customer service is great they were very curious very hospital very professional even when I did a spill in the lobby rushing out to do something else she was very professional think you have a great employee and I give her on the scale from 1 to 10 I would give her a 30 good job thank you very much and I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Santa Cruz California thank you very much"
