The staff was amazing. So nice and attentive. Our room lock was malfunctioning but they had it fixed the next morning. The only downfall was not the fault of the Best Western - two nights in a row, other guests came in just before 3am and woke everyone up. In the parking lot, stomping in their rooms, beeping their car alarms. Annoying, but I know they were on vacation. Not the end of the world. I'd definitely stay here again.
