This review has nothing negative against the hotel, but everything to do with the homeless population around the area Negative - Woke up at 2am to hear someone getting stabbed at the homeless camp just outside my window. Wish I knew these people were here. would have chosen another hotel. Positive - Senaida at front desk was amazing. I was upgraded to the jacuzzi room, and it was amazing. Loved it. She even understood my concerns and gave me a partial refund on my stay. Thank you Senaida.

first night we were assigned room 211. That room if right at the corner of the freeway, it is noisy and feel unsafe. The morning after first day, we asked to change to another room, it is nice and not noisy from the traffic. We were very satisfied with the staff.

Nice and Friendly Staff!

Not the fanciest hotel but the staff is nice and friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location is conveniently located to the freeway and places to eat.

It was adequate for a 1 night stay after a 49ers game. Breakfast was very limited. Rooms were clean. Rooms were updated a bit but the lobby and breakfast area were pretty dated and worn. It was fine for a short stay for my family. We traveled with 2 small kids.

I was traveling from Portland to Anaheim and it was perfectly located for my overnight stop and was located right at the freeway off and on ramp. The public areas were a bit less clean than I'm used to, but my room was nice, clean and spacious.
