Hotels near Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course

"The place was always being cleaned, the response from guest services was prompt- I asked for clean towels daily and needed a broom each time they were pleasant and prompt , however my stay was 6 days and they didn’t do a refresh of room- one day they said my dnd button was on which wouldn’t of been purposely- but I called 3x to be sure I would get it the next day and I did not . The only other complaint was the front desk clerk I first had interaction with but besides that it was such a great stay . I would stay there again and recommend it to others. The breakfast options were great and quality of food was good . The restaurant in the hotel was great as well"

"When we got into our room, the tub was clogged and water would not run. I asked the front staff for help but they were not interested in helping and simply said that there's nothing they could do until the following day. This is a hotel for amusement parks and not having a shower it's not a pleasant experience. The next day, a manager was at the desk and I asked her if the top had been unclogged. She said she wouldn't know and not to hold her accountable if it wasn't. If we cannot hold the manager accountable, who can we? She said that the hotel was under new ownership and they didn't have the necessary night-staff to address emergency issues or available rooms to accomodate guests in this situations. So what if an AC brakes? What if a room floods? This is not good management for a hotel; especially with such disinterested staff without accountability. "

"Stayed at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel. Overall, everything was great—clean rooms, good service, and excellent location. Parking at $40/day. be aware of an additional $100 per day in extra service/hotel fees that are not clearly specified. It’s within walking distance to Epcot, and buses to the other parks run about every 15 minutes, which is very convenient."

"Booked a stay for 4 people. We were not given 4 towels/wash cloths at any point during our stay, including check in. Toilet paper and tissues were not restocked at any point during the stay. The room was clean. Everything else was acceptable."

"When I arrived I was stuck at a gate because I had no access to compound befure check in and no one came to help us I had to abandon car walk on foot beg maintenance personnel to drive me to Lobby. Finally at lobby instead of helping me I was put with a sales person to sell me marketing . No one cared I abandoned my partner outside the gate. No one wanted to drive me back again very rude and unhelpful staff. This turned into a nightmare. The check in was traumatic and the worst I ever experienced."
