"Nice pool."

"The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the free cookies in the afternoon. Our biggest complaint was that we were not told ahead of time that the pool would be closed for repairs during our stay. So the pool was only available the first night and was closed the rest of the week, which was disappointing. Also, the furniture in our room (chair) was stained and dirty. I think this property needs to upgrade the furniture. We also had trouble getting the tv remote to work,...

"Amazing Disney resort. High-end with great decor. Loved free shuttle to Disney Parks and close enough to walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Only downside … Although I’m a Bonvoy Silver member, wifi should have been free. However, since I didn’t book direct through Marriott, I couldn’t access free wifi. Refused to pay for wifi out of principle as a Bonvoy member."

"Pool very nice but umbrellas are needed for shade as they are only with the chairs and not sunbeds. Furniture could do with updating. Would be nice to have room cleaned but this comes with a charge and you have to request clean bedding and sheets and change everything yourself."

"I love staying here when I'm in town, it's close to restaurants, convenience stores, shopping and there's a Walmart right down the street. It's easy access to all the parks. It's always clean and quite. The king size bed is nice and comfy. Stay here if you have a small family, you'll love it."

"My initial experience with both the woman on the phone and at the time of arrival was great. Very helpful and kind. Everything after that, absolutely terrible. And because of their excessive rudeness and unhelpfulness, it unfortunately overshadowed my experience with my wonderful experience with staff before that. Would not recommend this hotel due to the unprofessionalism and dirty tubs (unable to even rinse off inside it during my 4 hour stay). Would've hated to stay here longer than one...

"I really loved my stay. Incredibly personable front desk staff. I had an issue with the TV (total user error) and they came promptly and didn't laugh at me lol. My only issue was the shower didn't get hot, it was mostly lukewarm but that was probably user error too. I was there for an interview (I'm a law student) and this hotel let me relax. I will stay there again"

"We stayed with a 4 year old and a 9 month old, we had a great stay! Super friendly staff who absolutely went out of their way to make our stay fantastic! Our son and daughter loves Heather who went great lengths to make our son the happiest toddler! Thank you guys! We will be back next June or august/sept!"
