"The Swan Reserve has nice amenities - a Mediterranean restaurant, a coffee shop/ grab and go snack shop, and a bar with a food menu. We swam at the pool, but the second day discovered the Dolphin Pool which is huge with a waterslide and a waterfall. Near the Swan is a beach and a play ground. We also ate at several of the restaurants at The Dolphin - Mexican and Steak House. The Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve are all walking distance, and you can use the amenities at any of them. "Atmosphere"

"It’s a nice looking hotel but I don’t understand why they have to have carpet in the rooms for such newish looking hotel. With the humidity in Florida, it felt damp all the time which to me is gross. Also the water pressure on the showerhead was extremely low and I know they have to have flow restricter in them but the pressure was well below average for hotels. Also, on the third day of our 5 night stay, I was locked out of the room and I went to the front desk 5 times back and forth and wasted...

"Definitely more than what I had expected. Stopped at a different motel after I’ve seen this one to stay closer in my area. I’m glad it was worth the drive 30 minutes longer and further away from where I needed to be. It’s just like a one bedroom apartment. Everything was really super nice. Use an Expedia was the best way to go for the pricing otherwise it would’ve been an additional hundred dollars. I will be coming back."

"Everything was great! Staff goes above and beyond expectations! One example… a washa is a tool to use on your face. The house cleaning staff accidentally broke the one I had in the shower and had notified me of this by text. By the end of the day, they replaced it with a brand new one. Another example, I enjoyed getting up early to go to the patio facing the pool on my balcony. The ground keepers were very noisy one morning, and I told the front desk and the next day I could tell they were...

Then they said I had to go to another desk to get a parking pass, which didn’t make sense to me but I went over there to get the parking pass and it was an entrapment to try and get me to come to some meeting to set up for some timeshare or something of that sort. Not only did they not want to let me just leave they wanted a $40 deposit on my card so I would come to a meeting. I didn’t want to go to the meeting. Why...
