"While not perfect, there was a lot to love about our stay. The location is unbeatable - you're close to EVERYTHING you want, the airport is 35min, Epcot is 10min, SeaWorld is 20min - unbeatable. The property is well maintained, and the aromatherapy throughout is great. The rooms are comfortable, and the premium bedding and great toiletries are definite plusses. "Room was a fantastic size for our family. There was ample space for all of us. The washing machine and dryer was so helpful. Could come back after big days at the theme parks and do a load of washing every night. It was so clean. Staff were so helpful. We had trouble with our hot water when we checked in. Maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes. Location is fantastic for both Disney and Universal. Highly recommend. "
