"We really enjoyed our stay at iQ Hotel Firenze. The hotel is modern, very clean, and in a great location close to the city center, which made it easy to explore Florence. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food and many healthy options. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming. The only small issues were that my wife found the pillows a bit too stiff, and our room faced the train tracks, so it was a little noisy at the beginning of the evening. "What a beautiful hotel!! Spacious room, updated nice bathroom, and gorgeous views and property. Very friendly staff, too. Breakfast is awesome and they had plenty GF options too. They also have a shuttle to take you up and down the hill to the main part of town, which was very helpful and meant we didn’t have to pay for taxis hardly at all. Overall an amazing place! "

"The hotel was in a great location. It has stairs and then an old fashioned original lift to get up to the hotel. There are lots of stairs throughout the property so not good for mobility. The staff were really friendly throughout. "
