"Hotel is located very conveniently to everything in Florence. We walked everywhere.
The staff is top notch, friendly, helpful, and made the experience so personalized. Rooms were so comfortable. If you are traveling with a family, the family room is basically a spacious apartment connected to the hotel. "

"Room was beautiful with shutters on the windows and two huge windows. The kids both had a full size bed the bathroom was large as was the shower with powerful head. Light in bathroom was great. Everything was so clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the cappuccino delicious. Location 2 minute walk from baptistery and tower area- fantastic we had a brilliant one night stay and we all wished we had another night booked- best accommodation on our 11 day trip! "

"Had an amazing time. The room was lovely, clean and the service from staff including the domestics was excelent. Staff at reception could not do enough. Very helpful. Breakfadt was very good and location in the heart of everything. Thank you for amazing time, wish l could stay longer"

"We had a excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartender was a joy.
Our room was spotless and breakfast in the morning was great. The hotel is a short walk from the Duomo and within walking distance of all major sites. I recommend this hotel for the excellent customer service, everyone went out of their way to make sure he had a comfortable stay."
