"Excellent: service, groundskeeping, views. 10/10 Highly recommend. I hope I can return one day. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Maybe #1 A free hotel van shuttle runs 9am-1pm & 4pm-8pm and it will drop you off at your choice of 2 locations; Piazzale Michelangelo or near Palazzo Vecchia. Breakfast was included in our rate & it was served everyday. Pancakes, eggs, bacon, fruits, yogurts, meats, cheeses, juices, coffee machine, etc. Very good. Rooms have AC units. Don’t open the windows because the bugs will come in quickly. "

"Unbelievable! What a charming and convenient hotel! It was a wonderful stay and just wish we were able to stay one more night! Staff were lovely and the rooms are extremely classy! Right in the middle of Florence’s high end fashion area with everything steps away! Keep your windows closed for less street noise!"

"We really loved the hotel. The rooftop is really fab in the lovely weather, even without access to the pool off season. There’s plenty of seating to sit in the sunshine overlooking Florence. The free access to the gym and laundry self-service was a nice touch also. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in storage on checkout and use the rooftop for a few hours before we leave for our train. We would recommend this hotel to others and will be looking up other Social Hub hotels in Europe when travelling again."

"We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent."
