"Eggs were too wet, everything else great. At times air conditioning was on 23 but room was cold - seemed difficult to regulate Would be so nice if swimming pool was heated or if there was a hot tub"

"We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent."

"The room was very clean and given us a good amount of space, however the building had many stairs, 20 stairs from door to reception, again 22 stairs to your room, consider with heavy bags if you are staying for a short period or if you have knee problems."

They have staff taking care of all your needs. It’s nice to be away from the hyper modern non personal touch world for a few nights. I highly recommend !"

"Staff were superb. Efficient and friendly. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Didn't eat in the restaurant. Bar was perfect for us and bar snack one night was ample. Bit further out than expected as we'd searched Florence but not hotels fault but shuttle bus into town was 10 euros or bus is 1.70 but about a 1 mile walk. Room was clean, bed comfortable but shower area is open but camber seems off so water pools on bathroom floor unless you put a towel at the foot of the screen. Little...

The front desk team, especially Leiann and Nick are incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast staff are also outstanding! "Our air conditioner didn't work, so I wouldn't recommend this place for summer. We opened the window but that just lets in mosquitoes. That said, this is a great value place to stay in Florence that's central, with very friendly staff, clean beds and rooms. Sound-proof windows, too. It didn't block out the screaming teenagers, but that's not the hotel's fault. Just rowdy kids. We'd stay again, for sure. "
