"I liked the vibe of the hotel. I didn’t like how far it was from the city center. Also we used the pool one time and there were no pool towels even after asking for some and waiting 2 hours."

"Fantastic spot. Room was great with your own bathroom. Clean, tidy, comfortable, safe! Great pool, handy market and laundry, staff were very helpful. Great having bus 14 right out the front (as long as there isnt a strike!) as it takes you.into the centre. Very happy with my stay!"

"We loved being right in the center of the city. We walked everywhere and we had a 5 year old and a 6 year old with us. The room was large with extra high ceilings and had elements of the ancient palazzo about it. Very good experience."

"Generally very disappointed with our stay. We wanted to experience old world grand Italian hospitality and instead found tired and worn, disinterested staff and generally poor and offhand service. The hotel is full of large, mostly American tour groups and seems to cater well to their needs. We booked a junior suite as we like large rooms and the photos looked great - alas we got two small adjoining rooms overstuffed with large furniture and as far from the lift as you could get - so not...

"Ottima esperienza, struttura pulita e funzionale. Concepita come ostello, anche se ho soggiornato con un’amica in una quadrupla ad uso esclusivo, per cui i servizi sono essenziali (no tv, no frigo), ma gli spazi sono comodi, di nuova realizzazione, ed il bagno era ampio con una grande doccia. Pulizie giornaliere, disponibilità di distributori di acqua potabile per riempire borracce, bevande calde e snack nella lounge al piano terra. Vicinissimo alla Visarno Arena"

"Very modern clean complex, rooms were excellent in presentation,but lighting in room I found confusing knowing where to switch on and off. Bath height for me was to high to hurdle not sure how most will get into shower without slipping probably needs a step but then slipping would be an issue. To far out of town for me 2 nights and taxi x 4 trips 150 euro then this morning when i got dropped in I saw the guy who checked me out and gave me Taxi name and number was there in a Radisson Blu vehicle...

"Good location. Well mantained. We took a room with balcony what makes the stay more comfortable. We took breakfast only once because we ordered an omelette and it was not good at all, sometimes it is difficult for non European people because the people in Europe are used to have too much bread and cakes for breakfast. But there is one coffee shop on the corner, they serve tood breakfast there. All the rest was very good."
