"The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location in the heart of Pisa. An excellent 4 * hotel. Very quiet in the evening as well. We stayed over 2 weeks and it was like home. Highly recommend. La camera era immacolata, il personale era molto cordiale e accomodante. Ottima posizione nel cuore di Pisa. Un eccellente hotel 4*. "Perfection, many hotels like to call themselves 4-5 star but when we checked into the Bernini Palace we KNEW we were in a true 5 star. Amazing service, historic building in a great location in Florence. Incredible restaurant (Michelin star territory) and breakfast to die for. The room was fantastic and we never heard a SOUND from outside during the night. We have all plans on going back to Florence for an extended stay and the Bernini Palace will be one of the reasons! "
