"Our favorite in Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We went to Cortona for a week and bookended our stay at Bernini. The staff arranged for us to pick up and drop off a rental car at the hotel, made everything super easy. Can’t say enough great things. "

"Hotel was absolutely lovely. Very clean, comfortable beds, and nice bathroom. Water took a while to get warm in the shower, and the lighting was a little dark for doing makeup, but otherwise no complaints of the facility. The streets below can be a little noisy at night, at least until past midnight, so if that is bothersome bring ear plugs. Very close to many attractions and shops. Would stay here again."

"Our stay at Grand Hotel Baglioni was nothing short of perfection. The staff were helpful and our room was clean. We had our complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us after a long travel. The hotel location was important to us as we wanted a stay at place that we could have access to the main sites. The hotel is literally across Santa Maria Novella train station. It’s a short walk to the Duomo, shops, cafe, grocery store (Conad) and even a self-serve laundry."

"The Staff at the Hoxton were very nice, enjoyed chatting with them, and they answered all questions. They helped arrange a very early taxi pickup - 4 am. The outdoor patio area was one of my favorites. I enjoyed the outdoors while sipping a prosecco or reading on the very comfy furniture. The attached restaurant was very good - a little pricey."

"DO NOT COME HERE! If you are planning on visiting Florence bite the bullet and pay to stay closer. The rooms were dirty with hair and stains on the beds. The staff was not helpful at all. There was also used floss in the bathroom. Send help."

"Beautiful spacious, clean room. Staff excellent - helped with directions, tours, etc. Breakfast has good selection and it was a pleasure to see Clemente every morning with a welcoming smile and good chats. The location was perfect. Just far enough away from the busy city centre but close enough to walk everywhere. The entire stay there will always be memorable."

"Super charming and stylish (traditional Florentine) hotel. Many rooms (eg mine) overlook beautiful Piazza Santa Maria Novella and its church. Lovely views. Nice bathroom, very professional and friendly service from all the personnel there. The street level bar (inside outside sections) seem to be favored by cool locals as well as guests. The food menu covered lots of bases and everything I sampled was delicious. Check out the Napoleon salon! "
