"Room cleaned daily. Breakfast was ok and variety suited all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the hot tub Well connected to local transport which could get expensive if you stay for longer than two days"

"This was a typical hotel type situation. They were nice. Our shower had no rim to hold the water in, so water poured out into the bathroom and we had to use all of our towels to dry it up. Other than that, it was just a place to sleep and hit the road sightseeing. They were helpful when we needed them."

Hotel is not too bad the rooms were nice but they were rather stuffy and hot despite the air con saying it was 18 which impacted our sleep. The area near the door where the air con unit is was lovely and cool but not the rest of the room. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. Liked the Dove toiletries. "one of the best hotel room, i have ever stayed. the lobby is nice, the room is huge and even nicer. they refill the water, but towards the end of our stay, they no longer refill the snack. otherwise the room is nice as per picture, bonus it is just 3 mins walk from the train station, so if your journey is late at night, this hotel is just close by to the train station and royal mile."

"This hotel was amazing! From the minute you walk in you’re greeted with an amazing view of the city where you check in along with wonderful staff! They are the best!"

"The staff was helpful. There was no body soup to wash the body and need to replace their towels. The towels were old and some had a whole on it. Need to upgrade the bathroom and repaint the wall and the door."

"The location was amazing and most of the staff were friendly. It was very clean but the room setup was awkward. The bed was up against the wall so if the person sleeping on the side next to the wall had to get up prior to the other person they would have to crawl over that person to get out of bed."

"No US or EU outlets. Only UK and a couple of USB drive outlets. Normally, the USB outlets should be good for changing, however there was a documentary that came out a year or two ago as a warning that hackers install malicious software directly onto the charging USB ports and after seeing that, I refrain from using them. My room was tiny. Great for a single person thats there on a business trip, but not for someone that's bringing a large 32in luggage.There is absolutely no place/space to open...
