"The hotel is made up of two old buildings that have been (sort of) connected. But going from reception to your room can involve a complicated process of going to one floor, walking across, then going to another floor. Staff were super helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the location can’t be beat. And Edinburgh is such a wonderful place to visit! "

"Didn’t stay at hay market hub as it has now closed but must say was transferred to old Waverley hotel and had an excellent time rooms clean and nice staff friendly and pleasant would definitely stay here again "
