"Room was very small for the price we paid. No hand towels in the room on arrival. Had to go to reception to request them. Hotel policy is that rooms get changed every 4 days. For someone who likes to be hygienic not a good start. Bed was very comfortable but could not get into the shower/ toilet as the door was blocked by the bed (We did mention it was SMALL???) However…… not all bad, breakfast is basic continental, great ham, fab yogurt mixers 😋 defo try one! Or all depending on how hungry...

"I found the hotel adequate, but the neighborhood was a little sketchy and dirty. The room was quite small and the bathroom room was difficult to navigate for two people. The bed was comfortable and quiet. The staff at the front desk was warm and helpful. It wouldn’t be my top choice and I probably wouldn’t go there again."

"This hotel is a very nice location to visit the town of Dundee. It located fairly closely to the city center, the RRS Discovery, many shops and restaurants, and the train and bus station. The staff were outstanding! Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful they were at the front desk and breakfast service. Honestly I would have given them a 5 star rating if it weren't for housekeeping. We had to request tissue, toilet paper and shower gel because our room wasn't serviced adequately, but...
