"It was a wonderful stay"

"We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent."

"The location is fantastic for walking all around the historic district. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was kept clean. The buffet breakfast was the same each day, but there lots of choices."

"The place was acceptable, nothing spectacular. Be prepared you may need to climb three floors. The location is good. The room size is OK. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Be also prepared to smell an intense sewer smell in the bathroom and deal with mosquitoes. The whole experience was not terrible but I wouldn't stay in this hotel again."

"Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would rate the hotel a 4 out of 5. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the bed and pillows, as they were not very comfortable. The location is great, especially if you need to stay close to the train station."

"The hotel was lovely Chic and cool - very spacious room i was on the 4th floor and had a Corner room. Staff are nice and friendly and work hard. The only gripe i has was that in the room there are no water bottles nor are they replenished: I think You have to ask for water and they bring to you which I Never did, i went to local supermarket and got some any way. I’ve been in 3 star hotels and water is given as standard but other wise it’s central and in walkable distance to everything. Staff...

Bit further out than expected as we'd searched Florence but not hotels fault but shuttle bus into town was 10 euros or bus is 1.70 but about a 1 mile walk. Room was clean, bed comfortable but shower area is open but camber seems off so water pools on bathroom floor unless you put a towel at the foot of the screen. Little...
