"Incredible location in the heart of Florence! The room is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The restaurant on the roof is excellent and our waiter gave us great recommendations for what to do in Florence. The breakfast in the morning is superb and was a great way to start the day. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor but minor issue who cares! Love this hotel!"

"Everything about this hotel is stellar. The room was excellent. The view was spectacular. The location is perfect. The breakfast was out of this world. And every single staff member was ready and willing to go the extra mile to make the stay a top tier experience! Even my 12yr old son told me to give this hotel “the max stars possible”. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the sweetest and cutest Leone! We will absolutely be back to stay at the Hotel Duomo in the future! "

"Lovely old hotel in a surprisingly quiet location given proximity to the busy station. Great transport links and walking distance to historical centre. Good breakfast and evening meal in a quality restaurant with attentive service. Room was stylish with character. We chose a superior room with a balcony which was well worth it. Only slight problem was lack of air conditioning at the time of year (March). "

"Room was gorgeous and very large and spacious. Had mini bar and safe was very clean and beautifully decorated. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Restaurant and breakfast was great and lots to choose from. Close to shopping and meals ke to lots of markets cafes restaurants and sites like Uffizi gallery Pont vecheccio bridge walkable to Santa Croce. Great location and very close to train station but would not know that . "
