"Centrally located hotel - everything is within a 20-minute walk. The rooms are clean and modern, but what sets this place apart is the staff. The front desk team, especially Leiann and Nick are incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast staff are also outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure we have what we needed - and they make excellent cappuccino. I would recommend this place to family and friends, and will return here."

"Breakfast was wonderful! Great selection ! Room was very clean and bathroom upgraded.
Definately 5 star rating!!! Conscierge extrremely helpful . We did not need a/c as room was comfortable . "

"Clean and spacious room for a family suite. The location was great, only minutes to Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. Close to numerous restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this hotel."
