"I liked the place and I would stay there again. It is spacious, beautiful, upgraded, clean, had a fully equipped kitchen. It is at a very good location, It has a secured main entrance. Also all the windows were secured as the apartment we stayed at was on the ground floor. There is a safe but it was locked and they didn’t unlock during our stay.

"Great location in a quiet neighbourhood close to all the main attractions. Clean property. Check in/out was quick. We were able to borrow an adapter. AC worked well as it was 38 degrees Celsius.
I took a star away because the toilet was ridiculously hard to use. Had to pump like 20-30 times to get it to flush. Shower was always cool, no hot water and lack of shelves/space for toiletries was annoying. Overall great value. I would stay there again but maybe a different room."

"The location was absolutely perfect. Right in the heart of Florence. 90% of all that Florence has to offer The shops, Piazza, the churches were all within literally if not, five minute walk and no more then 15 minutes. To the central train station if you walk 20 minutes. However, we cab it 10 minutes.$15euros well worth it. We stayed on the sixth floor, which they referred to as the penthouse. Our room two bedrooms, one bathroom kitchenette, one big balcony that connect to the two bedrooms....
