"Deliecious breakfast with a wide range of foods available, slightly different each day. Beautiful swimming pools, happy hour between 4 and 6pm at the swim up pool bars with half price cocktails. Food was great for lunch around the pool and the onsite restaurant was fabulous, even had a cake for my birthday. Staff were wonderful and the spa was heaven. "

"We had 3 rooms at this resort and we all loved it. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the roof top pool was amazing with spectacular views. The buffet breakfast had a lot to choose from and the lunch and dinner menu was reasonably priced. I wish that I was still there 😢"

"Baulärm , Baustelle und vieles unfertiges. Wenn die Anlage mal komplett ist kann es ja nett sein aber bis dahin waren sehr viele Sache noch unfertig. Der Reiseveranstalter über den ich hier gebucht habe ist bisher wenig kooperativ und hat auch versucht mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufzunehmen aber keiner reagiert."

"The hotel is in a perfect location in the heart of Patong Beach. Very convenient and walkable to restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. The hotel is ok"

"Family of 4 for 9 days stay. Two bedroom apartment room booked and paid for.
Unfortunately the Graceland has seen far better days. Much like the old girls who walk the street in clothing for someone half their age, this hotel is certainly not as advertised.
4 room changes, all unfortunately with issues: non working TV, poor WIFI, sewerage smell emanating from the air conditioner in room 1424 and along the entire 4th floor of that wing, loud pub music til 11pm from the beer bar next door...
