"Pretty happy with the stay. Staff friendly, cheerful and helpful. Your breakfast rocks! Keep up the good work. Rooms, specially the ocean view ones need noise fix. You may want to replace the current glass door set up with something of better quality."

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "

"The Avista is a great spot but it could generate considerably increased business with the older set if it put rails along entry steps to the lobby and all other stairways which are dangerous for all residents irrespective of age. A fall there by anyone would be catastrophic. There is nothing to hang onto on any stairs. "
