"The hotel and room were very well appointed and the room was super comfortable. Location is right in the middle of everything and a short walk from the beach. There is some maintenance clearly needed but for the price, the hotel and room offered really great value. The hotel has a lovely restaurant located on the roof and so I was interested in using it for breakfast. I found the breakfast menu somewhat limited though. Overall, it was a super pleasant stay."

"Pros: Very good condition, good shower heads (there are two) with nice water flow, compact but nice bathroom, comfortable bed, balcony, super friendly host. Cons: The only thing to note is the super noisy motorbikers from the street (I lived in the room with the windows on the same side to a street as reception), so ear plugs is a must. Ps: Bottled water is not free, be ready to pay 50 baht a bottle on check out. "

"The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively. "Wow, what an amazing experience I booked this hotel when I came to Thailand for my birthday trip. I’m so happy that this was the hotel that I decided to spend my birthday the staff was so kind and gentle. I felt so special they celebrated me for my birthday. Everything was just such a positive experience they were very accommodating welcoming and sweet. The staff takes care of the hotel daily. The food is very good I loved eating breakfast in the morning. Also, their dinner is good as well.....
