"Was a clean hotel with nice staff. Decor and set up is pretty modern and somewhat boring. Rooms clean and comfy, nothing fancy. On the smaller side. Not a lot of restaurant options inside but connects to the promenade that has restaurants. Didn’t drink at the bars inside, a lot of the bar seats seem to have gaming screens not just regular seats. That might just be the norm at casino bars these days. "

"We don’t need to charge for every little thing… internet? Parking? Fridge and coffee maker? Other standard rooms at other hotels include these… House cleaning did a mostly Good job but neglected to provide facetowels… Front desk guy was awesome and made up for most of shortcomings of other issues."

"Stayed here for Eagles concert only 2 nights. Room with sphere view and it was worth it. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Avoid using kiosk for check in. Check in with person and will be more helpful. Best meal we had was at CUT. $$$$ but worth it. "

"The faucet in our bathroom was incredibly difficult to turn on and off and needed replaced. The sink didn’t drain well either. The pool was a joke, as they had maybe 10 chairs by the pool that were free to paging hotel guests. If you were not lucky to secure one of those, you couldn’t get a chair by the pool for less than $150, which was only available if you rented a cabana! Poop was less than impressive. Most resorts at least try to cover up the smoke smell, but not this one! The smoke once...

"Great stay overall except that there was no coffee maker in the studio suite, and only 2 glasses for the whole room (including bathroom) while the minibar was loaded with any kind of drinks. How are we supposed to drink? I found the lack of coffee maker and glasses incongruous for the price of the booking."

"Tiny even for NYC standards. Had to put luggage in the bathroom. The staff was so noisy at all hours. The elevator takes forever. They don’t even offer coffee in the lobby in the morning. Literally nothing good to say "

"Rooms are showing some wear, bathroom tiles grout was gone and when the floor got wet a brown liquid seaped up. Appliances are a bit worn, but other than that very clean and overall a fun resort."
