"I've stayed here before some years ago for a wedding, the maintenance of the property is excellent. I feel the front desk was short handed at the time and the kiosks were all closed. But they were friendly and courteous. The bell hops need a little work, there was no one at the counter to assist, and when he did come to the desk, he seemed like he didn't know what I was asking, which was to bring my suitcase to the room. All in all I had a great stay"

"This was my second year, staying at this property and the third for my boyfriend. We love this property so much that we decided to come back this year. The staff was always friendly. Our room was clean. Everything was open till late and the location you cannot beat. The only downside this year is we were placed in the tapa tower and the elevators are split in segments. Four elevators operate for the first set of rooms in the tower and the second set of elevators for the top half of the tower the...

"It was my first time staying in Fountanblue, the hotel was amazing. Beautiful room, modern bathroom, comfy robes and sleepers, friendly staff, beautiful and modern restaurants (pricy though). I loved playing roulette machine, it was so much fun, min bet $3. We requested a room below 10th floor and received it, we had early check in, we stayed on the 6th floor #680, with the mountains view, the room was pretty quiet. I loved the breakfast place. The only thing I didn't like was the food court....

"Would have been nice to have a second night stand and for the sliding mirror doors to slide all the way both sides.the elevator to the monorail was very sketchy, and the elevator to the Blanca tower were small and in rough shape. Overall, nice property, clean, and felt safe. "

"I have never been to a hotel (even a cheap one) that you had to buy coffee in the room. I’m surprised they didn’t charge me to go to the bathroom. Won’t stay there again"
