"Did not like the availability of the few restaurants that were offered to all inclusive guests! I never got to eat at the sports bar because it was closed due to weather (whatever that means), it was used for other reasons or it was closed!! There was only one restaurant that was available besides poolside and room service! However staff member Brenda was awesome. Thank you"

"Realmente me gustó que está muy limpio y muy bien ubicado restaurantes, villas si necesidad de recorrer distancias muy largas, no me gustó que en cuanto llegas haces tu checking te presionan al máximo para que vayas a sus tiempos compartidos, como molestan con eso, son muy acosadores por favor dejen de hacerlo uno va a pasar unos días de descanso no necesita estrés en la vacaciones y todavía se enojan si no agarras sus tiempos compartidos y sobre todo te prometen lo que no van a cumplir"

"We had a wonderful time and were treated like royalty. From the moment you walked in you felt like you belonged. Abel, our concierge, Abigail and Astrid, our waitresses, Arturo the beach life provider, were my favorite. The staff was all phenomenal. We will go back.
