"Paradise and peace. We loved it at Margarita del Sol. Although, the drive from the town to the hotel, not the hotel’s fault, was really rough.
Please remember to purchase food before you get there as you won’t want to leave to traverse the road back into town.
Lulu is lovely and extremely kind and helpful.

"A fantastic, authentic place to stay in Bacalar. We loved the place, the beautiful view, the great food and the incredibly friendly service. Therese is a lot of activities arranged day and night at the place. Please note that you can book boat tours on the lagoon directly from the property, so there’s no need to book in advance.
