Property always clean and well maintained, as was the pool and surrounding area. The room was just ok, we woke up to a water leak from the ceiling - dripping from the recessed light. This had obviously happened before due to the maintenance tech stopping the leak with in a couple minutes of seeing the problem. The housing to the light was also rusted. They did not however clean up the water, that was left to us.
Also, the portion sizes at for dinners were very small (3 total raviolis at the Italian spot)and unlike other resorts you were limited to 1 entree, which meant there was no way to try other options at each restaurant, even if you didn’t like what was brought.
Big bright spot was the wedding coordinator for the wedding we were at the resort for, I think her name was Daniella, personable and made sure everything was great! Server Raul was also incredible, he remembered many of the people in our party from a previous visit and made sure we sat in his section.
