Super clean hotel and a great location if you are not staying to visit the city and are just passing through for a connection flight. Very convenient and comfortable. The restaurants in the hotel are also very good. I would definitely recommend it for an airport stay.

The location is great the only issue is if you rented a vehicle you have to go towards back to the city and turn around so I would recommend turning it a day before if you have an early flight and then just have the shuttle to take you to the airport

The hotel is next to the airport which makes it very convenient for an overnight stay. The room was poorly maintained, but in general it was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I bought Mexican food at one of the hotel restaurants and it was great, expensive though. The room was too cold and the only solution I found was to turn off the AC.

I booked the king suite and it was wonderful. The extra cost was offset by the complimentary snacks and drinks as well as the free breakfast the following morning. In addition the pool and steam room are included too. If you have the extra time, book the suite. You will not be disppointed. The only deduction I gave was for the older facilities in the pool, gym, and spa area. I will stay again on my next trip.

We like this hotel chain, having stayed in both Puebla and Mexico City. This one is so close to the MEX airport, just a short pedway walk over the road below. We took a shuttle to the hotel when we arrived, because we came into a terminal on the far side of the airport complex, but when we caught our bus the next day, the walk to the other terminal was literally minutes away. The hotel has a spa with a sauna and pool, and the pool was warm enough to be pleasant to soak in, almost like a hot tub. The food in the restaurant was excellent, both at night and the next morning for breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with excellent linens and pillows. The bathroom was attractive, with nice toiletries and a bathrobe. I would definitely stay again.

An easy walk across a bridge from Terminal 1-no need to try to organize a shuttle. They seem strict on a 3:00 pm or later check in-I arrived at 2:40 pm and was told I'd have to wait in the lobby with everyone else. I asked for a quiet room and was given one on the first floor, with noise from the room next door, lobby below and roadway outside. Clean room, comfortable bed.

We booked a Club King room and were given one on the 5th floor. There were tiles lifting on the floor of the bedroom. There was no fitted sheet on the bed and the bottom sheet didn't even go to the end of the mattress. I phoned to ask for a new sheet and was transferred to some number that never did answer. The Club lounge though was good with good service and good food and drink. The appeal for this hotel is it's location right at the airport.

Location is so convenient if your flight is late and need to rest, the staff is great, the restaurants outstanding but the property needs better maintenance. The water temperature for the shower took more than 20 minutes to warm up which is so inconvenient if you’re are on a schedule. Also I think is a crime to spend so much water in a huge city that has water problems distribution in some areas. The faucet was dirty . It shows some make up stains from previous guests I guess . Overall is good but the water temperature experience was terrible.

Great place to take a rest close to Mexico City airport if you have a long layover between flights. Hotel staff were super nice, the room is great for the price. Food is ok on site, restaurant options are limited in the area.
