"Transportation was awful. One from my party slipped on a spilled liquid in lobby. It was reported to Citlalli and they seemed to careless. Wanted to document in case of fracture and they made a call and said no manager was available."

"Great resort for families. Alcohol is EXTREMELY watered down. Staff will frequently use cheaper brands unless you explicitly request mid tier shelf alcohol. Went there for our 20th wedding anniversary, hoping they would do something special for the occasion. They offered no upgraded rooms or anything. Very disappointing. I think the person behind the counter couldn't even comprehend what a 20th anniversary actually means. Xcaret park was amazing, the hotel was amazing, staff was overall...

A little pricey, wish it was less m, but we were celebrating our 30th year anniversary and wanted to make sure it was top notch and we definitely received top notch service and we definitely had that and more!
