"Muy buena experiencia. La comida deliciosa y variada ( con cortes de carne finos y algunas comidas con opciones de langosta). Las visitas a parques excelentes. Solo por decir algunos detalles, los procesos de check in y check out son algo lentos. Además de q el servicio de transporte también tarda alrededor de 45 min después de lo programado para salir del complejo. Por eso te piden q lo tomes 4 hrs antes de tu vuelo."

"We did not sit by the pool. The buildings and lay out were somewhat odd and oversized. The room was great. We went north a ways to enjoy the beach, as there was too much weed on the beach and in the water to enjoy the beach by the resort. The other Westin location where we had the presentation was much nicer. Our concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable."

"We had a leaky shower and the water was spilling onto the tile floor. We submitted a ticket and it was kind of fixed but not fully. Slip hazard for a pregnant woman. Rooms were very clean. Food is eh, but what can you expect from such a huge resort. Would come back though!"

"Beautiful grounds and lots of wildlife. Food at the buffets was hit and miss. Steakhouse restaurant was great! Some staff were very polite and helpful, and some seemed like the guests just being there was a burden. Sargassum had made its way past the barrier a couple days into our stay, but the staff worked hard for a few days to get the beach area cleaned."

"The room definitely smelled like mold, we pad for breakfast included but were told that we didn’t when we got there so we starved every morning. Finding food around was also hard bc it’s all resort food. Amenities ok "

"The resort credit and the beach access has been falsely advertised. This resort is not beach facing, you have to take a shuttle to a beach club to access the beach. We booked this resort over another because we were going to get $200 as a resort credit. The resort credit was given in the increments of $20, $10, which means you have to spent USD $100+ to actually take advantage. The staff was ok, you don’t always get the best service. The service was better at the resort than the beach club. "

"Majestic Elegance was amazing!! We got married there, and the staff on all fronts went to great lengths to make sure that our stay was excellent!! The restaurant choices, drinks, and ALL amenities were great!! Our rooftop, plunge pool room was spacious and amazing. The club benefits are top tier!! I’d def recommend this property for couples, weddings or families."
