"The hotel was lovely my problem here is with Expedia. As a platinum member I was given NO reason why I was moved from my original hotel, I feel I was downgraded. Expedia has yet to apologize or explain the reasoning. I was booked in a suite in the family area of Hotel Xcaret Mexico, I was told by Expedia I was in the upgraded adult area, this was not the fact. My original property was a 5 star all adult resort. I HAD to upgrade my stay which cost me $2000 additional dollars to be in the adult...

Las actividades de zumba en la playa y cada noche actividades en el teatro. No me gustó las pocas ofertas en el restaurante buffet de la playa y l falta de servicios de bebidas y snack en algunas de las piscinas."

"We had overall a wonderful time. The room they checked us into was falling apart & we had to switch. They downgraded us to a much smaller room & management did nothing to compensate us. Other than coming back with knots all in my back (the bed was HORRIBLE), we truly enjoyed our time here."

A little pricey, wish it was less m, but we were celebrating our 30th year anniversary and wanted to make sure it was top notch and we definitely received top notch service and we definitely had that and more! The room was immaculate! Staff were extremely friendly and attentive! The yoga and stretching were peaceful and timely! Food was a la carte which helped in not overeating! Portion sizes and ingredients were enough to satiate!...
