They have total 5 restaurants on the resort and only 2 out of 3 restaurants have food quality. Overall it was my first experience and not the best one.."

"The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"
