"We have stayed at other Riu resorts in the past and this was the first disappointing visit by far. The property has no elevators and we were given a room in the farthest part of the resort which was a trek all in itself. Because of this, we were forced to use the pool every day instead of enjoying the ocean, which defeated the purpose of booking a beachfront resort. Transportation was also frustrating.
