"Fui con mi pareja y tuvimos una excelente experiencia durante nuestra estancia. Era nuestra primera vez en el hotel y superó nuestras expectativas. Desde el check-in, todo el personal fue muy amable y atento, los bellboys, servicio a la habitación y el equipo que nos apoyó con las reservaciones para las cenas. "The room was amazing at Palafitos Over the Water Bungalows! A little pricey, wish it was less m, but we were celebrating our 30th year anniversary and wanted to make sure it was top notch and we definitely received top notch service and we definitely had that and more! The room was immaculate! Staff were extremely friendly and attentive! The yoga and stretching were peaceful and timely! Food was a la carte which helped in not overeating! Portion sizes and ingredients were enough to satiate!...

"The property was beautiful and modernized. The pool areas were nicely maintained. However, the majority of the staff were rude and like my or my husbands asking of anything was burdensome. Our dinner at the Asian restaurant was so poor one evening that we sat for 15 minutes before my husband had to ask if anyone was going to serve us. Even then, our orders were taken and we were never checked on again while the couple next to us had to members of the wait staff checking on them several times...

"This was our first visit to the Marquis, All inclusive, Adults only hotel. We were wonderfully surprised. The entire staff were friendly from check in and throughout our visit. The pool is sensational! The biggest infinity pool facing the ocean with panoramic views and beautiful moon rises. We stayed to the left of the resort which felt more peaceful and quiet. It’s what we wanted. The breakfast buffet & omelette station were clean, healthy and delicious. There were so many options to choose...
