"Very disappointing experience. We travelled as a group of 12 and unfortunately experienced the same problems throughout our stay. The resort did not reflect the standard presented online. Rooms and communal areas were poorly cleaned and dated, maintenance and painting works were taking place, and the beach was practically unusable due to the overwhelming sargassum/sewage-like smell. Pool conditions were concerning, with missing tiles and rough surfaces; one member of our group cut her elbow....
