"I had a great stay at Hotel Xcaret México. The all-inclusive experience is amazing—not just food and drinks, but also access to parks, which makes it very unique. The resort is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Food quality was excellent, though reservations for popular restaurants can be hard to get. Overall, a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure—highly recommend!"

"Honestly, this resort took me by absolute surprise. From the beginning it was clean, everyone was so friendly, the buffet food and poolside tacos were really good and it was close by to the tours and activities we had planned. We were here for my sisters bachelorette weekend and the housekeeping staff ended up leaving a bottle of champagne in our room for us which was such a nice touch. There is no shortage of pool space for every age group and the views of the ocean are absolutely stunning....

"I loved this property, here are my pros and cons. The main con was that I’m use to adults only resorts and this one was filled with families and lots of children. The resort had 2 pools, the main one had most the activities and more lively. That was also because that’s where the kids splash pad was. Unfortunately the main pool was filled with snacks from the children eating. None of the cut fruits were ripe, the scrambled eggs always had something cooked into them like chorizo, did find over cooked plain scrambled eggs in the snackbar. "I have visited this location twice. The staff are exceptional. Roberto that works on the vantage side made our trip amazing, he was a waiter/server. The hotel was for the most part clean. Vantage premium drinks/food upstairs taste better than the drinks and food in the regular are. The only part I did not like is on the Expedia app it says you receive $200 resort credit. You do but you have to go through a time share presentation and get hounded. I’d rather it say that so I don’t have to tell...
