"Reservations were very hard to make. You have to wake up at 6:30am and go stand in line to possibly get a reservation. Other than that well worth the money and a beautiful resort!"

"Mexicans don’t appreciate tips anymore the bus driver made a nasty comment after I gave what I thought was a reasonable tip as if picking up a suite case should be met with $100 or something (nothing to do with hotel stay just a side note) the “trip guy” aka hotel assistant adventure booking stole a 9% tip on top of charging us 2x more to book the same thing we coulda booked on our own… we paid over $300 for something that cost $100 (based off prices posted at the place) and honestly it felt...
