"The hotel location is Central. It is clean, spacious, and very nice restaurant in the central courtyard. The room was clean and adequate, but the bath was quite small (hard to open the shower door far enough to get into!) The bedroom did have a window opening onto an inside hallway, so there was no sunlight and the room was a bit dark. There was no lamp on the desk or on the bedside table; only the ceiling lights for the room. That made it difficult to use the bathroom mirror for makeup, and difficult to use the desk for reading or writing. Plenty of drinking water was always available. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very responsive."

"I would have given this Hotel 5 stars completely. The staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room was clean, neat and spacious. The breakfast buffet was insanely delicious - the best I have ever had at any hotel in my entire life. The building facilities worked very well. My only comments that prevent me from giving 5.0 stars was that they were renovating the hotel exterior (this was not a big inconvenience) and our bed was a bit stiff for my own personal taste. So 4.8 out of 5. And if you like sturdy beds, you may just give it a 4.9 yourself. Highly recommended."
