The staff were all so friendly and helpful. You constantly saw them working and keeping the place clean. The food options were excellent and delicious!

Our room had an amazing view , I would definitely recommend anyone to it , food was amazing and very delicious. I had fun at the RUI parties, staff are very nice and amazing.

Staff were amazing, room was clean and beautiful with amazing views. Food and drinks were excellent, had a short but great time. Traveling solo and felt very comfortable and safe.

I have been to many resorts in Cancun and all high end. This resort was absolutely excellent in all phases. Staff, Restaurants, pools and entertainment. We upgraded to the elite club with ocean front room and it was completely worth it. Thank you Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan.

This was our first time booking at Riu Hotel. It was incredible amazing from the arrival to check out. Transportation from and to the airport they made it so easy for us. Beach was kept clean, bar service was amazing, rooms nice and well kept clean. Jose was the best bartender. Marifer at desk very nice! Recommend 10/10
