Thanks to the hotel staff our family vacation was great. The hotel was clean, the staff was super nice and helpful. If we have to rate our experience in this hotel on a 0-10 scale, we would say is an 8 just because the food was not so good and there was no much food options. But overall we had a good time.

This resort was so good. Don’t listen to any bad reviews. It was amazing. The staff is so friendly. My kids and I had an amazing time. Everything is so easy to find and the food was good. Definitely going back

Our stay at GR Solaris Cancún was nice. We like that the resort was small and staff was super friendly. The only downfall was the cod and the fact that we couldn’t get reservations to the only 3 restaurants during our stay. The restaurants were closed some nights or they were hosting members only which was unfair.

Me and my boyfriends first time in Mexico , Cancun and it was amazing the resort was veryyyyy clean ! Couldn’t believe it the food was mid some nights was good the only thing was there was never any reservations available for the other restaurants on the resort. There was always something to do the bartenders amazing Jose, Abram I believe , and the 2 young ladies at the front desk the day I checked in amazing the weather was amazing but overall definitely recommended !!!

The staff were great, always went above to help. We had good experiences from check in, we were upgraded to sea views, allowed an early check in. The restaurant staff were great , there were plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Medical staff onsite always checking up on the kids. The entertainment was excellent as well, all round, an excellent experience for a family.

Everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. The hotel was wonderful. The swimming pools were beautiful, and the housekeeping was the best. Everything was very clean and exceptionally well maintained. We had a great experience and would definitely come back.

Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The food was fantastic, with great variety and something delicious to enjoy every day. The entertainment was also a huge highlight—there was always something happening, making the atmosphere fun, lively, and enjoyable from morning until night! The spa staff were especially welcoming and professional, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Overall, we had such a great and relaxing stay and honestly didn’t want to leave! We will absolutely be coming back. This is officially our go-to place in Cancun, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, fun, and welcoming resort with amazing service.

GR Solaris is a fairly average resort, but the staff helped make our experience special—especially José, the bartender, and Emmanuel, our waiter. Both provided outstanding service. Unfortunately, the property needs some updating, and the food was average at best. The Expedia staff was also excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this would not be one of my top choices. If you’re traveling on a budget, I can understand staying here. However, if you can spend a couple hundred dollars more, I would recommend choosing another resort
