Hotels with Gym in Mexico City

"We booked a hotel room with a city view and pool to enjoy the last days of vacation, but pool was not working. This information doesn’t mentioned on the website or reception, so we paid the full amount of stay - but pool was not working. For the same cost we could get any other hotel with open rooftop pool. "

"The staff were all friendly and very helpful, from housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurant. We loved the courtyard by the restaurant to sit and have a drink and/or dinner. The food was just okay. The beds and pillows were great, although we didn’t sleep to speak of because of the noise from the other rooms and the hallway. At one point in the night someone tried to get into our room. They read the room number wrong on their card. Honest mistake, but scared us."
