"Sin duda lo mejor de mi estancia fue el personal y sus atenciones. Sobre todo en el restaurante de vista ballenas. Pero mucho ruido, ya que se oye todos los vehículos que pasan por la carretera, deberían de sellar las puertas para disminuir este ruido. Hay muy disposición de los shows que montan pero la calidad es baja. Y falta atención y eficiencia del personal que surte las amenidades del cuarto ya que todos los días tenía que pedir cosas. "The staff and facilities are great, super nice place to visit. The rooms were fantastic, and very well decorated. The food was mostly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort; in other words, it left something to be desired, but not to the point where it hurt the trip. Would absolutely go again!"

"Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. There is an in room safe and good size kitchen with basic utensils and full size freezer/fridge. Staff is very friendly and we are by the pool and in the restaurant and both were delicious! The view at sunset was beautiful "
