"All of the staff went above and beyond. The customer service was exceptional. The room was lovely and big and the beds very comfy. Was a little disappointed with the spa which is a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Don’t book a treatment but the treatment rooms looked nice and relaxing "

"I booked with the intention of proposing to me lovely girlfriend. The reception arranged with my friends access to decorate the room whilst we were out to dinner. "Nice setting and grounds. Work seems to have started on a 3 year renovation project. Parts of the interior are worn out but its probably lasted many decades and the estate was very clean. Staff were very helpful. "
