The staff was extremely helpful and the the facility was very clean. The hotel is located very close to not only the beach but to the Waikiki Zoo, a great stop with the kids and family. This is a terrible hotel with bad service. There was a pump going off all night in the room which I told the service staff to fix but they did nothing. oh by the way....the hotel faces a cemetary. Creepy as hell. Don't stay here. Staff are also extremely unhelpful and not very friendly.

Staff was averagely polite. Walked into my room and the foot stool/foot rest had white stains all over it. Don't know what it was but it got me thinking if theses stains are still on here what else in the room hasn't been cleaned properly? Won't be staying here again any time soon. Was near the room ...
