"Check in is not at the motel but at the restaurant 3 businesses down the street. I showed the woman at the cash register my reservation and that I had paid for the "suite" room but wanted to downgrade my room based on what I paid (so beware of using a free night or gift card for booking). Literally everything in the room was filthy! The towels had what one can only hope are curry stains, the walls were covered in dirt, every cm of the restroom was covered in mold so we didn't even want to...
