I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is fantastic โ very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure.

"Our villa was only a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was very spacious for my family of 6. We woke up to see the sun rise and we played volleyball at the beach. Then we chilled in the pool after long days seeing the sightseeing. Lisa and Phuong were so kind and helpful. The only negative is that the facilities were closed because mamagement changed. And having to take buggies to and from the entry gate was a little inconvenient but the staff did their best."
"Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it."

"Very helpful staff. Room no. 1 was next to a construction site. I requested a move and they moved me next to a mosque with 4.45 am wake up calls. Another request and they upgraded the room, away from both noise sources. No complaints."
"Very fine assistance, breakfast was great without being opulent, I didnโt use the pool. Only I found the hotel is far from the most touristic places like Iconsiam and the royal palace. With the traffic in Bangkok being so heavy itโs not recommendable for tourism to those places"
"I would rate this excellent,but the staff fell apart at the fact I had to check out a day earlier. I told them on check out especially to ensure I had transportation and the time needed. I checked the night before and the guy on duty at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. He wrote a note, yet the next day I called 3 times for baggage assistance telling them Iโm checking out, before deciding to take the bags down my self and then the front desk was surprised I was checking out. Then my car came and I had to wait until they checked the property to make sure nothing was outstanding. The property is big. There are two pools one with a waterfall and a waterslide. The other outside the main restaurant, but there are 3 restaurants at the resort. Why was baggage assistance a big deal. We stayed in the deluxe suite at the top of the hill. Each day weโd have to catch the shuttle at least going up, because it was a trek. Outside of that the property is great for families or a Romantic getaway. It is about a 20 minute ride from the bustle of patong beach and its nightlife. You could walk if you were so brave. All facility and rooms were very clean. Turn down service and water replenishment daily."
"I really enjoyed my stay at JEN Tanglin. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and their warm service really made a difference.
One of the highlights for me was dining at the restaurant. The seafood was absolutely splendid โ fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared. It was definitely one of those meals that made the stay feel extra special.
Overall, I had a lovely experience at JEN Tanglin. The combination of the welcoming staff, relaxed atmosphere and excellent food made it a place I would happily return to. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Singapore."
