I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is fantastic โ very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure.

"Our stay was comfortable. The apartment was clean & tidy. There was no option of breakfast included but it was reasonably priced. The contact with staff was minor, quite a streamline hands off approach. The surrounding area is vibrant with places to visit and the restaurants nearby are so good. The swimming pools & gym were also excellent, the rooftop pool was a stunning viewpoint, there were also gym classes daily but we were too busy with the little one. Thank you, hope to see you again"

"Hotel was good, bed was a little hard, air conditioning worked. You can hear out in the hall and other rooms, mainly because of the vent in the bathrooms. The shower confused me at first but the design seems to be pretty common in Thailand (shower head beside toilet). Staff were helpful as well."

Some inconsistencies with room service during my stay: coffee arriving cold, wrong order, no condiments - that sort of thing. I had a massage at the spa and my masseuse was truly a magician (thanks again)! One thing that I did struggle with is the caged birds in reception. Granted they were there all day, but still, they did bounce around their cages which was sad to see."
