"From the moment that I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional and attentive. The experience exceeded my expectations. What I didn’t like was no shuttle to/from the airport."
"Very nice facility staff was super friendly and helpful, the shuttle to from the airport was great and the price was unbelievable for what you can consider five star"

"Our stay was comfortable. The apartment was clean & tidy. There was no option of breakfast included but it was reasonably priced. The contact with staff was minor, quite a streamline hands off approach. The surrounding area is vibrant with places to visit and the restaurants nearby are so good. The swimming pools & gym were also excellent, the rooftop pool was a stunning viewpoint, there were also gym classes daily but we were too busy with the little one. Thank you, hope to see you again"
"We had a 2 room villa (separate) so we had a lot of ground area The pool was big enough with plenty of sunshine
The hosts were wonderful and nothing was to much trouble
Once we got our bearings we found plenty of shopping and eatery’s and a big supermarket just at the corner"

"We had a fantastic stay at Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable, with excellent facilities including a beautiful rooftop pool and a relaxing onsen.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location in Thonglor was perfect with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shopping nearby.
We absolutely loved our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

"L’établissement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Tout était parfait : l’accueil, la chambre avec vue sur piscine et mer à la fois, les restaurants, les piscines, la salle de sport et la mer.
Un grand merci au personnel de l’hôtel et des restaurants qui a été au petit soin, toujours très aimable et avec le sourire.
Je recommande fortement👍"
"Good value for money overall, especially given the affordable price. The rooms were fine—nothing particularly special, but comfortable enough. The main downside was the noise: the walls are quite thin, and I could hear random noises and sounds of windows and doors, which was annoying.
The AC also only seemed to have one setting and got very cold, while there weren’t any blankets provided, so that was a bit uncomfortable.
The hotel is right next to a mosque, so you will hear the call to prayer five times a day, which is worth knowing if you’re a light sleeper. On the plus side, the location is very convenient in a touristy area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do right outside.
The pool is decent, though nothing particularly special, and there isn’t really much of a social scene. Overall, though, it’s an affordable, convenient hotel and a decent choice for the price."
"Wonderful hotel, from the staff to the amenities, morning breakfast, pools, gym and location, Opulent at its best !!!
A direct train from BKK to the hotel, easy walk to the PhayaThai train station, the location is a premium, it is now my go to hotel anytime I pass through Bangkok."
"Beautiful hotel in a great location, clean and well maintained. Can highly recommend the higher executive floors for the views and the L65 lounge, much quieter for breakfast and a peaceful haven otherwise."
