"Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur!
I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure.
The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...
"Our villa was only a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was very spacious for my family of 6. We woke up to see the sun rise and we played volleyball at the beach. Then we chilled in the pool after long days seeing the sightseeing. Lisa and Phuong were so kind and helpful. The only negative is that the facilities were closed because mamagement changed. And having to take buggies to and from the entry gate was a little inconvenient but the staff did their best."
"Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it."
"Staff were great, cleaners were really good, wifi was good but the actual villas themselves really required updating. We had broken floor tiles which they were aware but never fixed and cracked walls with some mould around different areas.. the mosquitoes were impossible to get rid off as nothing closed properly!! I’d say 3 star at the best!!"
"Great villas on the beach with good dinning options throughout the resort.
Great day spa's available.
super friendly staff available at anytime to help out.

"The air-conditioner seem to get warm in the middle of the night. There’s no top sheet on the bed so you’re stuck with the quilt doing a cover and the pillows were very uncomfortable but everything else was perfect. The staff were amazing just a couple of tweaks."
"expedia messed up with their infamous glitch, but staff guided us through the process ok. we got the room originally paid for for a reasonable supplementary payment. I will never trust Expedia again,, as they have been thoroughly disingenuous about this matter"
"The resort was very clean and the food options were delicious. I recommend the all-inclusive package for extended stays. Staff is friendly and attentive. It has a steep walk to the rooms from a the lobby but there is a shuttle service that runs all day into the late night every 5 minutes that is extremely helpful. Beautiful pools and spa facilities."
"Extremely clean, helpful staff. Near by shops and great places to eat. Close by to all the main attractions.
Pool small however very nice and relaxing"
