"Location is close to Kuta beach and loads of good eating options. Room was nice, generally quite new but a few issues with sliding doors and hooks needing some maintenance. Room had a balcony, but practically pointless as only a view of the concrete wall of the building next door. Staff very friendly. Reception area really nice. Roof top pool area and breakfast was excellent. Would happily stay here again. "

"Reasonable pricing with good quality. The room is clean, but the lighting can be brighter and improved. Shower with hot water and the water pressure is top notch! Daily breakfast is good and very attentive servicing staff. Overall, I'm happy with this hotel."

"I love this hotel. I first stayed at Satriya cottages in the early 2000s and have enjoyed many stays since. I particularly like the staff; always friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained with a lovely pool and the food is good. A quiet oasis in a very busy part of Kuta. Highly recommended."
