Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights.
Pro : friendly and helpful staff, pet friendly (they have a VIP pooch which gives your a dog bed, some dog snacks and bowl for food and water), fast respond for any requests
Need improvement : average food, thin wall (you could hear the foot steps above you if you’re on lower ground and the other room voices)
Would stay here again but most probably will take the upper floor.

Lovely hotel with great interior, beachfront location a big plus, lovely rooftop restaurant!
We had an excellent stay in a Swagger Suite for four nights. Really worth paying for the upgrade. The suites are located at the front of the property. We started in 305 which wasn’t great because you have no view (just a roof) then they moved us to 503. Wow wow wow. The view is stunning. The room is gorgeous. The only downfall for the front rooms is the noise. There was cleaning up with a dozer out the front that started at 1am and went through until 7am. This is the second stay at this hotel in a matter of a couple of months. The pool and roof top bar and restaurant is great. Awesome vibe. Really enjoyed Okky DJ music. The staff are really helpful. Big shout out to Geeta the front office manager. We had a few hiccups and she stepped in and sorted everything out with no problems. This place is the perfect location just across the the road from the beach. Convenience store is right next door. Easy to get a Blue Bird. There is something that I would like to see happen. The menu in both down stairs and upstairs is not fantastic. I am not a fussy eater by any means (don’t do eggs, lamb or pork but that’s about it) The menu is not accomodating to normal eaters. The chefs will not change anything either ( especially pizzas) Breakfast is mainly eggs in everything, only beef bacon. And then some odd dishes us aussies would say. Please add some normal food to the menu. To end off the coffee is good. We will be back in a few months again and hope to stay here again. Thank you Mamaka
1. Music was too loud. Also until I nade a complainant you shouldn't have music in corridors playing before 7am. People are trying to sleep.
2. Food is inconsistent and not very good. Couldn't even get some decent toast. They would give you bread chargrilled.
3. Hotel run out of juices while we were there for two days.
4. Poolarea has many lifted tiles
5. Some staff need to speak english better.
6. Sheets in room need changing i slept in my all week.
7. One lift was only working. It took for ever to get from floor to floor. Staff must not use lift.
8. Air conditioning in room has a mind of it's own. Woukd turn off and turn on,
9. Must do areas of non smoking.
10. Food needs improving and more variety.
11. Considering pool area was not that busy, i always had to get up to go and irder food or drinks.

This hotel is in great condition. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. This was the most relaxing week I have had. From the fantastic breakfast in the morning to enjoying cocktails on the roof by the pool watching the sun go down- we just had the best time. I’m definitely going back!
Overall experience in this hotel is excellent. Staffs are very friendly and on time. Free laundry is killing point! considering sea activities and roof top swimming pool.
Cons are food and noise.
variety of food and presentation are good. but they are not that delicious than they look. I hope this can be improved later. the wall seem to be very thin, so you can hear singing or crying from room right next to you (but not from corridor).
