The hotel location is convenient, close to the beach and shopping with many different restaurants to chose from within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was polite and helpful. Clubhouse on the roof was nice, as was the hotel spa.

Great restaurants on site. Food is delish. View is amazing! Pool has a great view. Walkable to shopping and across from the beach. Rooms are ok, the towels however are threadbare and quite gross. I wouldn't stay here unless you are happy to hear the music upstairs and part goers in the halls.

Lovely, vibes hotel with an awesome pool area and the Kuta Social club on the rooftop is amazing. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel has everything you need. One awesome perk is the kitchen and bar downstairs is open 24hrs.

there are many nice hotels in the area however you will never find a hotel with nicer more caring friendly people than the people working here they make every involvement a five-star experience my congratulations to whoever has trained in the staff I found them to be the best of any hotel I've ever visited in the world
