Excellent, wonderful, clean, friendly hotel. The staff are amazing, going above and beyond, the rooms are generous in size and very clean. The rooftop pool is awesome with amazing views to the beach. The breakfast is delicious and the other dining meals just as delicious. Recommend this hotel as a 5 star 🌟

The staff was lovely. I received an unexpected upgrade which was appreciated. There was a full-sized fridge and well-equipped kitchen. Lovely balcony. Great rooftop and facilities including self-service laundry machines where laundry soap is provided, quite a rariety in Inodenesia, most places offer laundry service but barely any have facilities for you to do it yourself. The location is very convenient and close to everything you need. I was only in the city for a short stop-over and stayed for 2 nights but had wished I had stayed longer. There was some confusion about the timing of when I should get to the dock for a ferry trip to my next destination, Google was saying 90 minutes and they assured me it would only take 30 minutes, even though I questioned them about it. The next morning the driver told me that it took 90 minutes and we were both in a panic trying to make it, I could have done without the stress of that. Luckily, as I found out later, ferries are notoriously late so I was able to make my boat. But regardless of that hiccup, I would stay at the hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rama Residence Padma. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, markets and lots of dining venues. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Rama - THE place to stay in central Legian !
If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Excellent hotel, and fantastic staff. Room super clean, everything works, nothing needed attention. The best check in service we have ever had - clear and concise. Restaurant in front of the property is great, as is the rooftop pool. The location is perfect, easy walk to everything (shops / cafes / restos / beach). The service from before we arrived, to the time we checked out was 10/10. Thank you to ALL the staff at Rama Residence Legian - we WILL be back !

Friendly staff and convenient location
Located on a relatively quiet street and close to a restaurant we often go to every time in Kuta. Only a short transition stay as we spend the majority of our holiday in Ubud. Very friendly staff!
