Staff was very friendly. We had air conditioning problems and they came very quickly to fix it. Only problem I had was the bathroom was not very clean. There was lots of the previous guest hair all over the bathroom floor. Even after they clean the room the next day it was still there. I guess it was all over the mop they used. That was really disgusting, we wore slippers in the shower because of this. We were there during Coronavirus and the hotel was getting empty, we checked out 2 days early to prevent from getting stuck in Bali. Overall I would return.
