Staff were lovely but that's where it ended. First night we had cold showers, fixed in the morning to then have another cold shower the 2nd night. Finally fixed after I complained again, builders were turning hot water off throughout the day. Shower drain was blocked so flooded bathroom when having a shower. Bathroom is tiny and urine stains on toilet seat, dirty. Sheets and towels clean though. Renovations going on throughout the hotel that we had no idea about, hotel is very run down and it would have been nice to know that renovations were happening. Didn't change hotels as it was our last 3nights after moving around the Island and didn't want to waste time moving. I wouldn't recommend staying here until Reno completed.

The property normally is excellent however having just reopened with still Reno’s going on there were a few little issues. I expect this will improve …as I saw it…every day. Hence still gets overall 10 😃

A hotel wina villas nightmare.
Hotel Wina bali advertised hotel bar, no bar. Hotel Wina also advertised 3 pools but one was green colour and roped off and out of bounds.Hotel had bad paint work, mould on fridge,shower was hardly a trickle when turned on,taps filthy,wooden table was damaged,water leak from ceiling,filthy bedding,cracked tiles, filthy kettle. We left after one night and asked for refund which was ages in being refunded and many visits to the hotel.The hotel said they were closing down but still tsking booking as my son checked on line.AVOID THIS HOTEL WINA AND DONT LET THEM SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAY ALSO.

This is my 6th stay at this resort if you want stay in kuta its ideal for local shopping and bars staff are friendly and happy to accommodate when they can rooms can get a bit smelly but will sort out as much as they can its very Balinese and not expensive when full breakfast buffet is on pr covid its great there buffet from the 1st of may 2022 was limited with asian breakfast but were happy to make American if you asked overall was a good stay they have 3 swim up bars one was closed the swim up bars were closed but pools were clean i $pd ..$547.AUD for 20 nights cannot complain

Our rooms are facing a giant steel fence. We had to kill a few spiders ourselves. An extra-large roach with wings entered our room and mosquitos. We had to call front desk several times requesting pest control. Although the sheets smelled really sour our room had an old musky smell. Overall the room appeared clean and we all had a good night’s sleep. Daily housekeeping changed the room smell and the room became comfortable over time.

When we first arrived at this hotel in our taxi, we were met at the car by an employee. The man spoke with our taxi driver. The taxi driver told us that the man stated that there was not any staff at the desk and to keep our bags in the taxi. We were told to have a seat outside and wait. We were then met outside the front entrance in front of the taxi and questioned if we had reservations. I showed my reservation number on my phone to the woman. She then asked us to continue waiting outside whilst she entered the building. After a few minutes, me and my two children were finally invited inside the hotel. I was then questioned further by a female staff about when our reservation was made and where we were coming from. We were asked for our passports and to sit in the lobby and wait. After some time, we were given Coca-Cola as a welcome drink. The staff then apologized for our wait and told us that it would be approximately 20 minutes to prepare our rooms. We waited so long, we have enough time to order McDonalds and have it delivered to the lobby. Not too long after our food arrived from Grab. We were given a tour of the property pool areas and dining area, then brought to our rooms.

Throughout our month long stay in this hotel, we woke up a few days with no water coming out of the faucets and toilet unable to flush. We called front desk and after approximately four to five hours, the problem was fixed. Also, one day our internet was off overnight through to approximately two in the afternoon the following day. This was really difficult because internet is necessary for my employment and my two children online school program. Without internet there is no television either. The hotel has old motel feel, the elevator is not functioning, room doors did not lock properly, there is no functioning restaurant on site, we kill bugs in our room daily, I rarely see staff on site, and sometimes our calls to front desk are ignored/unanswered. However, the swimming pool is very clean, housekeeping kept our room clean and comfortable everyday, throughout our stay. And, this hotel is only a few minutes walk to Beachwalk mall and to the beach. This is why we decided to stay an additional week.
