It was nice but I'll try somewhere else next time. Safe broke twice, kettle didn't work and reading light didn't work. They did fix all these in a timely manner however is annoying to waste time when you only there for 5 days. Woke up every morning at 6 from sweeping outside but not too bad as I didn't plan a sleep in. The thing that was the most frustrating was they had someone book it the pool area from lunchtime for the rest of the day. Wasn't told this until we find a note on the bed telling us the next day the pool is unavailable. Our holiday plans were shipping and relaxing by the pool. We did the shopping first and planned to spend the last two days by the pool so to then find out it was shut was very annoying

While the room was always clean, there was a strong smell that was not good. We came the conclusion it was from the products that they used to clean. Our major issue however was the one key to each room policy. Not convenient at all.

Everything is good. Location undeniably perfect. Kuta beach right in front. Resort huge, with restaurant, pool, fish feeding area. Few upgrades required.. better showergel, soap... No shaving options for men. Staff 11/10. Helpful , respectful, easy to approach. Breakfast served tasty and with options.

Really nice older hotel. The staff were wonderful. The room is a bit older but the bed was comfortable and AC works really well. You can hear your neighbors a little and music surrounding the hotel but it is fairly quiet given its location. We stayed in a superior with balcony. You have a beautiful view of Kuta Beach at their restaurant which has great food. Buffet breakfast was decent. Pool is masive but be mindful it is quite deep. There is also a kids pool as well. They give you pool towels and pool noodles if you can't swim. They have a mini mart and tattoo shop on site as well. 1min walk and you're at the boardwalk shopping mall. Considering the neighboring resorts that are double if not triple the price, this place is just as equipped and really good for what you pay for. We would stay here again.

I can’t describe how positively satisfied I was at the Grand Instana Rama. I loved the staff, the atmosphere, pool, cleanliness, location, etc. The room service is exceptional. There is a restaurant on-site that offers world-class buffets for both breakfast & dinner on a daily basis. I ate almost every meal at the on-site restaurant. The stay is directly across the street from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, clubs, and countless shops. The rates are very affordable. The location is fully secure with a guard at the entrance 24/7. Thank you for this spectacular stay in Bali. I can’t wait to return!!
