The hotel is beautiful and the staff and professional and friendly. The housekeeping staff work hard to make up rooms and the extra little surprises like towel animals and a personally made birthday cake were a wonderful surprise.

A real relaxed hotel with so much to do.
I had a great stay at the Grand Istana. The facilities here were real fun. The staff were also very attentive and friendly. Only problem was the construction going on, but even this didn't dampen my time there. The pool, the spa, the restuarants, the entertainment, the reception... everything was just what I needed.
