"The breakfast has healthy options , fresh and well prepared however since I stayed 5 days I didn't see many varieties. There are so many choices but almost the same thing everyday .The room , very clean and you can request everyday cleaning and they supply the complete toiletries , two bottles of water with clean towels too . However the hot water is not hot enough. All the staffs were welcoming and the hotel has free new year party with door prizes and entertainment. If i will visit Bali again, I want to stay in the same hotel since the location is accessible to Kuta beach , restaurants , shopping facilities and near the airport as well . "

"Wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton. Rooms were lovely, clean and well looked after. Breakfast was varied, so much to choose from and the team in the mornings were amazing, always checking with us to make sure everything was ok, coffee was excellent too! Every team member we met was so friendly and helpful, we couldn't ask for anything more. Location is excellent also to walk to the beach or across to Legian with plenty of restaurants to choose from around the area. Pool areas were really well maintained as was the whole establishment."
